Remind-Me has built-in support for sending e-mail when an event occurs. E-mail can be sent automatically, or you can compose it yourself. The title of the Memo will be title, Firstname, lastname.
The labels of the custom defined fields and the phonelabels will be exported too.
Don't forget to backup your data before using it. Altough I am quite carefull, there might be a bug
