TeleText (Palm OS) is a familiar, easy to use method of inputting text into your palm powered device. Many people don't find Grafitti fast, accurate, or easy enough to use. Teletext is an onscreen keyboard application that allows you to input text with very high accuracy and speed. Keyboard requires no learning whatsoever to input letters, unlike other keyboards out there.
TeleText is perfect for professionals who don't have time for mistakes and don't have time to learn how to use a funny looking keyboard.
You'll never waste time hunting for a letter on this keyboard, because you already know where they are. TeleText is an alphabetized keyboard, with 9 keys similar to that of a telephone.
Letters are formed by either a direct tap, or a tap and a slide in the direction of the letter or symbol. Slides may be one or two squares long. For example, an A is entered by tapping A, while a C is entered by starting on A and sliding two squares to the right.
Upper case letters are made by drawing an up arrow from the middle square. Symbols, such as periods, are started by drawing a down arrow from the middle square and follow the same rules as forming letters. Space and Back space are made by tapping the arrows, or by starting in the middle square and moving over and down one square.
TeleText-Palm can easily be used without a stylus! The buttons are big enough to be used with your finger!
