ImagesCycling is a JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, etc. picture browser that uses the Windows CE Internal API to view images. Simply select the folder where the images are located and tap on a picture to view the preview window.
NOTE: Some PocketPC cameras attach EXIF information on the images so select 'Remove EXIF' from the options.
