InkVoicer - InkVoicer is a Windows Mobile app which lets you create numbered ink notes with sound. The notes are stored in the standard WindowsCE PWI ink note file format.
Set the number prefix in the options dialog. Use the drawing pad to create the note and the voice recorder bar to record sound. For each note you create, the application will increment the counter. The notes are saved with prefix+number as the file name.
