eMbedded Visual basic Runtime is a tool to help you run certain programs on your Windows Mobile 2003 and Windows Mobile 2003 SE PDA. You should only install it if specifically required by an application.
As this technology is now being phased out by Microsoft, this application may not be installed under Windows for Smartphone, Windows Mobile 5.0 or any later versions.
