ProgressRecorder is a high definition 44Khz mono voice recorder. It allows you to set a 'maximum time' to each recording. Select 'Record' from the toolbar and enter the name for the file to the recorder and tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop the voice recorder. NOTE: The program overrides the default WindowsCE wave format settings.
