BackgroundDisplayer sets the PocketPC background image to '/BackgroundDisplayer/Overlay.bmp'. The BMP file is displayed over the current display at a custom interval you set. You can use his to create custom themes. Press the button to display the overlay image and this will display over the current running program. Tap again to stop the program.
