DrawingDaterer is a full-featured drawing tool that allows you to compose 240x268 pixel JPEG images with a date stamp. You can draw and also insert text into the images as well as use the drawing tools. You can also re-load a saved JPEG image after saving to view the actual compressed image. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
