DrawingJPEGer allows you to create colour drawings and save them to a customized JPEG or 24-Bit bitmap file. Select the pen width/style and colour and draw the image. Select 'Save' to save the drawing in JPEG image format. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
