PictureVoicer checks the PocketPC camera storage folder for JPEG images and when a new picture is detected the program allows you to record your voice note for the picture and FTP uploads the Picture and the wave file to the FTP server. The program then creates an 'index.html' page and uploads it to the server. NOTE: This program keeps the FTP server open until you exit the program
