AT&T Mark the Spot for iOS - AT&T Mark the Spot is a mobile application that enables the wireless operator to gather feedback from customers so it can provide them with better services. With the app, users can help AT&T improve their network by reporting dropped calls, failed call attempts, lack of wireless coverage and data connection issues.
Reports can be submitted the moment one of the aforementioned problems occurs, in which case they include the GPS coordinates at the time of the event, as well as after the fact, in which case the location can be manually selected on a map.
In addition, AT&T Mark the Spot provides access to news regarding the mobile carrier's network, plus a list of AT&T WiFi hotspots.
