Konsolo Mobile Invoice - Sales agents visiting retail outlets can record orders 'in-field' and send the order specifics to the central office of a distributor firm. Konsolo Mobile Invoice can be helpful for the distributor firms, who sell beverages,grocery, confectionery, perfumery, household goods, stationery etc.
Sales agent can see on Windows Mobile device the following information generated by accounting information system of a distributor firm:
- price-list with multiple price brackets, merchandise pictures, current quantity in-stock.
- route list of retail outlets to be visited containing retail outlet detailed information,product price categories, discounts, previous invoice history, outstanding balance, outstanding account documents.
System allows recording unsold (issued) merchandise left in a retail outlet, registering cash receipts according to outstanding accounts and adding new customers 'in-field'.
Konsolo Mobile Invoice includes PC synchronization module for making data exchange between sales agent's WM device and accounting information system.Synchronization module can be installed on a standard Internet host running the ASP.NET technology or on a local Windows PC. Synchronization with Windows Mobile devices can be performed via Internet or LAN.
Integration with accounting information system is provided through exporting and importing text and XML files.
