Buzzy-Wuzzy Busy Fly - A multimedia e-book about Buzzy-Wuzzy Busy Fly, a fictional character from the famous children poem by Korney Chukovsky, a writer whose books are as famous in Russia as those by Dr. Seuss in are in the USA. This book is among the very first books which parents read to every Russian child.
Written in 1923, this book initially fell victim to censorship. For the first time it was published in 1924 under the name 'The Fly's wedding'. From the fifth edition (1927), this versified children's tale has this present name – 'Buzzy-Wuzzy Busy Fly'.
There are at least four animated cartoons based on this book.
Stage plays and musicals based on this tale never leave repertoire of Russian children's theaters. Also, it is often staged on morning performances in kindergartens, as well as in children's theater and ballet groups.
