Chronic Pain Casebook for HanDBase - This applet is designed to keep a logbook for the subspecialty of chronic pain. It is designed to maintain a complete record of attendance in the management of non acute pain. A main database is linked to a separate follow-up database in such a way that the records in the follow-up database are specific to each patient / client. The applet has been modelled on the diagnostic criteria used by the PACS database system authorised by the Pain Society used in the UK. However it could easily be adapted to suit individual needs.
