PictureFTPing - checks the storage folder for your PocketPC camera for pictures/videos and when a new image is detected in the folder the program then does JPEG compression on it and FTP's the new image to the FTP server. NOTE: This does not delete the image on your PocketPC. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
