The Great Britain, the Netherlands, as well as most of Scandinavia, France and Germany are wiped off the face of the earth. Resources are exhausted, borders stopped existing, and chaos and anarchy reign on the new islands. An emergency government, European Crisis Staff (EKS), was formed in Europe. But it is can not cope with the ever-increasing onslaught of refugees and the high degree of lawlessness.
