HexStarBoard-Compact - A clone of a game known as Chinese Checkers. Supports both classic and fast pace variations of the game (fast pace rule allows jumping over non-adjacent pieces). Allows from 2 to 6 players, and several levels of computer players are provided
This implementation supports several board sizes, as well as different amount for marbles for a selected board size. It introduces penalties to discourage a player from deliberately blocking opponents' target fields.
The application provides save/restore, take back/replay and other features. It provides native touch screen support, where available, while at the same time fully functional with keypad devices.
This is a Compact Release (device memory saving) release. For extended features, such as multi-player support over bluetooth etc, see HexStarBoard (Standard Release)
Also available: Legacy Release - for MIDP 1.0 devices (pre 2004) - no multi-player support
