Cloudcast allows you to obtain an estimated Weather Forecast as well as Hunting and Fishing predictions for the next 24 hours without relying on any external sources. All you need to do is to observe the sky and approximate the wind direction.
Cloudcast for Mobile Devices is a Java application for cell phones (or other java-enabled devices) designed to assist you in estimating a weather forecast based only on clouds and wind direction.
