Operamini vs UC Browsers - Opera Mini sports a more modern look, with a good use of colourful icons and better space management to display a lot of useful information including your browsing history, news, rss, icons for some popular sites and some suggested links. There is also a speed dial tab which you can customise with your own bookmarks for easy access to 9 of the websites you frequent. UC Web Browser on the other hand sports a less colourful, more retro look, with it’s own take of many of the features Opera offers all neatly arranged into folders–Top Sites, Download Center, Mobile sites, News and Sports on the main tab. There is a Facebook and Favourites tab on either side of the main tab. UC Web browser’s interface, though designed to look sparse with loads hidden, feels dated due to the poor use of space especially on small screens. The use of contextual menus with tiny text on an app destined for tiny displays further adds to the dated look.
