Absence of any discipline is a characteristic feature of young monks. It requires years of trainings and meditation to turn them into powerful warriors of Shaolin. While you are trying to make one of the monks do an exercise, the others are doing something which is not connected to exercises. Make all the monks obey and take needed position after your command.
