Qeep is a new JAVA application that offers mobile users services like instant messaging, multi-player gaming and photo-blogging.
Qeep has become the largest and most comprehensive mobile social networking service for teens and young adults in Germany. With Qeep, users can create their own personal profile, connect with friends, and meet the friends of friends. Furthermore, users can send each other low-cost qms text messages or a range of entertaining sounds.
Multi-player gaming enables users to compete against each other, live on their mobile phones. Thanks to the photo-blogging feature, users can also create a photo album and give their friends access to it. As a result, they can expand their photo album in real time or simply show their friends recent photographs in an inexpensive way.
From a technical point of view, Qeep is based on a modular client-server architecture and a multi-tiered IP infrastructure. These can be provided to selected partners as co-branded or white-label solutions. Up until now, Qeep has a German language version and the application download only works within Germany. The producer is working on expanding internationally and will launch more language versions in the near future.
