How to use:
Start the MTS and select your preferred mode in the main menu... Choose your exercise. Start the exercise directly or within a preparation period/countdown of 10 seconds. Place your mobile phone in a viewing distance (maximum 10 meters) press enter to start and you have 10 seconds to prepare and position yourself for precisely timed training sessions and begin your workout. You can interrupt your training session at any time and then continue it by using the enter function. Reset the rounds/rests or forward the rounds/rests.
