Diarist is a blogging application that allows you to write and update blog posts from a Windows Phone. It works with blog sites that implement the MetaWeblog API - arguably the majority (with the unfortunate notable exception of Blogger).
One notable feature is that you can link to Diarist (to insert a photo into a blog post) directly from Pictures, using the "extras" menu option for the selected photo.
