Battery Meter Widget shows the battery level and charging status in 1x1 space (same as size of icon). Battery Meter is a very lightweight widget i.e. only 64kb in size.
It is a widget not an app. You can add this widget to your home screen using two methods:
Method 1: Menu -> Add -> Widgets -> Battery Meter Widget
Method 2: Long tap on an empty space of home screen -> Widgets -> Battery Meter Widget
Clicking on the Battery Meter Widget will show you the Battery Usage.
Note: If you have task killer or app killer then please add battery meter widget to ignore-list otherwise battery status in the widget will not update.
