Hasta hace unos meses, estaba haciendo lo que siempre hago, buscando un programa de entrenamiento para ayudarme a perder el peso que había ganado el año anterior. Cada año era lo mismo hasta que llegué a pesar 78kg

Algunos años he tenido éxito pero siempre terminaba recuperando mi peso anterior. Este año, he decidido cambiar de estrategia. He pasado desde el mes de enero hasta mayo haciendo diferentes tipos de ejercicios pero solo perdí 6 kilos. Bastante patético, ¿no?
He estado ejercitándome haciendo cardio pero eso nunca me dió hizo que mi apariencia física mejorara. Me he dado cuenta que lo que como es un problema mucho mayor y empecé a buscar una solución por Internet y fue así que descubrí el Sistema Venus.
