PSP333 from Team PSPdizaster has released LUA PDLP v4.0 for the PSP. PDLP stands for PSPdizaster Lua Paint. This is a well developed paint program written in Lua scripting language. Here are more details of this program:

Installation
Just copy the folder to your LUA player's application folder. And yes, the screenshot pic does have to be in the folder. Leave everything how it is.
