iChess (Android) is great for solving tactics/puzzles and improving your Chess. It has many puzzles from 2011 GM tournaments!!
Notes:
· This app is ad-supported and hence needs Internet permission
· The positions are from real GM games, hence not all puzzles may end in a checkmate!
· This is not an app to play a game against the mobile
