Megakheir - The Megakheir app is the evolution of the only SMS donation service currently running in Egypt across the 3 local operators. The app allows you to browse the different NGO causes, donate from within the app and set monthly recurring donations.
The app leverages the BBM social community and creates a community for social change. The app utilizes profile boxes and BBM invitations to trigger viral downloads. Within the app, whenever you contribute to a cause, it is broadcasted via status updates to allow others to know and share in the cause. You can see your friends and the BBM community who contributed to this cause.
