In a year after the events of the first part, Zero returns to the resistance base. In this story he is going to struggle against Black Elf. Cyber Elf System did not change; you will still need to collect weapon chips (Thunder, Ice, Fire). There are also Ex skills, which give certain characteristics to certain weapons. There are energetic covers which change color, three parameters (Power, Protection, Speed) and give extra skills. As for the weapons, Rod was changed into Chain Rod (which makes the second part the most pleasant for playing). As soon as you complete the game, Hard Mode will be unblocked.
