MetroGnome is a programmable sequencing metronome. It allows you to set up to 100 tempos and play them in sequence (trial version limited to 3 tempos, otherwise is identical). Add, delete, insert tempos to your list, clear the list, start the list anywhere and move to the next tempo by tapping a large button. Easy to use.
