The best way to avoid getting the flu is to make sure you get the flu shot. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend that everyone over the age of 6 months be vaccinated. Find a flu shot site in your area. Get the phone number, address, hours of operation and driving directions from your current location, right on your phone.
