danielb has been developing OPL Manager for quite some time now, and today he has a brand new version to share. This one adds support for the Spanish and Portuguese languages. As an added bonus, there's also a totally redesigned CFG editor with new genres to categorize by. If you have any old CFG files you'll need to convert them, but the steps to do so are listed in the changelog below! If you want to play PS2 backups from a hard drive or over your network, this app will touch them up nicely.
