Rot13 is a simple application implimenting an Rot13 encryption system.
Rot13 is a cypher/encryption language.
It returns a default value of 13 places to the right of the imputed value.
This system is for standard english alphabetical system (A-Z, a-z).
Rot13 also has a very simply Rot5 numeric encryption string applied also.
This system is for standard english numerical system (0-9).
