Here is such an application called HideMe. This application allows you hide and unhide a bunch of files with a couple of clicks only. First fill the list of files and then use the hide and unhide commands. You can also set a pin to protect the files.
Be careful, hide only custom folders created by you and note that this program MUST NOT be used for security purposes. Your files are still available for people who knows how to unhide them.
