myCalc (Java) - Scientific calculator for mobile phones. It has a user friendly interface, which uses all available buttons, not only a drop down menu used by the majority of calculator software for mobile phones.
There are some functions which probably don't exist in other calculator, such as: financial function to get a payment value. There also is a date function, for calculating a difference between two dates, or getting a day name from a specific date. And of course, a set of functions which is usually provided by a real scientific calculator.
