In case you're among those who frequently use the NitePR custom cheat plugin tool for your PSP, then we've got news. Homebrew developer SANiK dropped by the QJ.NET Forums earlier to let the guys know that they may want to re-download the app's latest release (Revision F). A bug has just been detected pertaining to searching for bytes, and has now been fixed. For the first-time readers, here's a rundown of NitePR's features:
1. Enable/Disable cheats
2. Use cheats online, search for cheats without losing connection
3. Set PRX->Cheat Hz to anything other than 0 to allow for "FREEZE" type cheats to function, otherwise, nitePR will just apply cheats only once
4. Turn ON/OFF cheats easily with the music button
5. Press the vol +/- buttons to bring up the cheat menu
6. NitePR backs up the values before it applies the cheats
7. Edit PSP RAM in the browser
8. Disassemble code in the Decoder
9. Please read the readme! It has more in depth info
10. Tutorial on how to convert SOME of the cheats from CWCheat to nitePR:
11. (you might need to set PRX->Cheat Hz? to a value other than 0 for some cheats to work)
As a reminder, SANiK is letting the guys know that not all CWCheat codes may work with NitePR. More important details such as usage instructions should be available in the file readme, though the guys may also want to visit SANiK's release thread here at our QJ.NET's PSP Development Forums for more info.
