It allows you to share static web sites (for example .html, .htm) or dynamic web sites (.aspc: Active Server Pages Compact) from your phone or other mobile device. You could take a picture with your phone and share it with everybody within seconds. It's even possible to create web sites to administrate your phone remotely or to read and write text messages from your computer.
