This tool accomplishes the following:
Speed up the display
Animate windows
Enable ClearType
Adjust windowss
Rotate the screen (on HP iPAQ 54XX and Toshiba e310/330 only)
After running and changing settings, you must reset your device by pressing the reset button on the screen.
If you rotate the screen, you must,
Disable password protection (so on soft-reset, you can get past this creen)
Run align screen from Control Panel (if it doesn't auto run on soft-reset).
