Macro Scheduler Provides a host of scheduler specific features for Reminding, Viewing & Organizing your everyday schedules.
The Macro Scheduler enables a way to maintain all the appointments in categorized format.
Categories can be added, modified or removed with the easy to use interface.
Managing Schedules
A Schedule can be created under any Category & it can be linked to any other category with ease at any time.
Month Calendar View Schedule Tracking
Macro Scheduler features a way to track all the schedules on any given month using the Month Calendar View.
An Image will be shown on the bottom left part of a day which has a Schedule.
Total Number of Schedules will be displayed on the bottom right side.
Tapping on a Day takes directly to the Scheduler List View for the selected day.
Each Schedule enables to store and track the below details.
Subject
Start Time
End Time
Reminder Time (Alarm Reminder) &
Notes
Personalizing Schedules
Each Schedule can be personalized by providing the Custom Fields (User Defined Field Names). These custom fields can be entered & edited in the Category Section.
Alarm Reminders
Schedules are here to be done & Macro Scheduler is here to remind them when you need them to be reminded. Select the Remind Me option and enter the Date & Time of the Reminder. An Alarm Reminder using the Inbuilt Reminder will be shown & thus enhances your productivity without much effort.
Scheduler View:
Scheduler View lists out the schedulers for a given period of time, the default being Monthly.
Switch between Day, Week or Month View to display Schedules for a particular day, week or a month in the Scheduler View.
It also features a way to filter the Schedules based on the Category (e.g. Show Schedules for this week for the Business category).
Quick View:
Quick View enables to view all the details of the record within the Scheduler View and also pops up options to Modify, Delete or Full Screen View of the selected Schedule.
