MicrophoneDisguiser converts your PocketPC into a a real time voice disguiser. You can slow the sound of your voice or speed it up. Speak into the microphone to hear your voice at the selected speed. NOTE: When using the speaker for real time output lower the volume to prevent loop-back. The program also has a volume setting.
