RecorderZIPer is a high definition 44Khz mono voice recorder that compresses the final recording into a ZIP file. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar and the program will start the voice recorder. Tap the 'Stop' button to stop the recording and compress into a ZIP file. The program has a file explorer that you can tap and unzip/re-play the wave file. The ZIP compression/decompression routines from Info-Zip.org
