NeboPad is a tab-based and Finger friendly Text Editor for Microsoft Windows Mobile. NeboPad is a simple, but flexible text editor for Microsoft Windows Mobile platform. It started out as a desire to have a Notepad like program for the Pocket PC. But why stop there! NeboPad is a tab-based text editor that allows you to have multiple documents open at the same time.
