Especially mulitlingual software uses frequently files with same names in different folders. The most CAB-generating programs are unable to handle this correctly - even some of the most expansive ones result in faulty CAB files. "Quick PocketSetup" contains important Redistributables for Windows Mobile for PocketPC - apart from .NET CF and Mobile SQL components also ADO CE 3.0 (to handle Acces databases on the mobile device).
