ThumbnailExploring is a file thumbnail based file explorer with a classic folder start explorer. Select the start folder to explore. Tap the 'Thumbnails' button to view the current folder in the thumbnail previewer interface. When you tap the file the program will start the file in the associated PocketPC application.
