  Exercise Assistant(SlimSoft) - Manage your health using this latest tool. The application has the following features:

  • Establish a weight loss program by setting weight loss goals. Input your desired weight and select a target date. System shows the daily calorie you need to burn for achieving the desired weight.

  • Input your personal information (height, weight, age, gender), and the software automatically calculates your BMI (Body Mass Index) and your weight category(obesity, overweight, normal weight, underweight).

  • Based on scientific study of human metabolism.

  • Use the latest histogram chart to track your calorie burnout on weekly basis.

  • Display a bar chart for your daily calories consumption and the time spent on each activity.

  • Track your exercise by selecting an activity from a large exercise database. Input the minutes spent exercising, and the software automatically calculates the calories you burned through exercise.

  • Includes calorie burn rates for most of the common exercise. Each activity is further categorized into light, medium and vigorous work out. So that you can exactly match it to your actual work out.
