Fixed a problem with Facelift and its version of the taskbar. The eyecon should now be viewable all the time.

Corrected a problem with the eyecon not appearing at app launch. If you are still having problems not seeing the eyecon right after launching Seymour, please email us to work out the problem.

Added Options to disable eye blinking, auto-size and auto-capture on related windows. We've also added an option for developers to disable auto-correction of windows that do not size correctly. Regular users should not use this option unless they are feeling daring.
Added some code so Inbox will size properly in either pane.
