TwitterRSSer allows you to create categorized list of Twitter contacts and gets the RSS feeds to view offline/online. When you add a new Twitter account the program will lookup the RSS code for the person (on the webpage). Tap on the 'Online' button to download the RSS feed and view in the built in RSS viewer.
