The Boy's Collection - Now you can enjoy the stories that have entertained generations of little boys in "The Boy's Collection" featuring L. Frank Baum''s "The Wizard of Oz" "Swiss Family Robinson" and "Peter Pan" by James M. Barrie.
In "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz," Kansas farm girl, Dorothy, is hit on the head by debris during a tornado, and she and her dog Toto travel in a dream to the Land of Oz. Ruled by witches, both good and bad, and a wizard, Oz is peopled by some of the most unforgettable characters in literature.

Johann Wyss''s "Swiss Family Robinson" is the story of a family shipwrecked on a deserted island, who must struggle to survive. They build a fabulous tree house, discover edible plants, make wonderful animal friends and fight off frightening beasts who also inhabit the island.
Johann Wyss was born in Bern, Switzerland in 1743 and wrote "Swiss Family Robinson" as a companion piece to Defoe's "Robinson Crusoe", which was a favorite of his family. It was published 1812 and Wyss died in 1848.
In "Peter Pan", Peter takes the Darling children, Wendy, John, and Michael, from their cozy London bedroom to Neverland, home to the fairy Tinkerbell, the Lost Boys and the dastardly Captain Hook. Originally written as a play, "Peter Pan" premiered in 1904.
Born in Scotland in 1860, James M. Barrie was one of eleven children. Following a stint as a newspaper reporter, he created "Peter Pan" as a play, which premiered in 1904. Barrie died in 1937.
