Type II Tracker for HanDBase - Applet to track Blood Sugars and other issues as you manage your type II diabetes. Enter Blood Sugar test, select check box if test was after fasting (most of mine are). Activity and Comment fields included as note types to enter information like exercise, lab test results, medication changes, etc. Popups are used in these fields for common headings, which appear in line view.
I went back in time and entered my last two lab test results, as well as my current medications. A few BS entries are includes as well. Use my data to get the hang of it, then delete my records. Note that my tests are recorded in units used in Canada. You may need to resize the BS field width for use in other countries.
