eScl eScl - eTree Simple Compression Library (eScl) is a data compression 'shared library' for PalmOS.
It is designed with the memory and CPU limitations of Palm PDAs in mind.
For Conduit, Network, and Wireless development eTree also offers a free version of the library as a Windows (Win32) Dynamic Link Library.

DB View DB View is intended as a developer's tool to view the contents of Palm databases at a low level. I've found a few times when debugging applications that I really need to see what is being stored without relying on the application in test, DB View lets you do exactly that and a few other things too

PocketC PocketC is all you need to create and run applications directly on your Palm OS-based device, no computer required. Create your source code in memo pad or a Doc editor, compile it with PocketC, and run your application directly from the PocketC application
PalmKeeper PalmKeeper - PalmKeeper allows Palm application developers to keep track of important information about their programs.
Record the Name, Creator ID, Version, Status, Status Date, Downloads, License, Price, Sales, Capture rate and Gross Profit of your applications.
Many developers will list their applications on many websites and PalmKeeper helps you to track them
PluaED PluaED is a simple editor which can be used to edit Plua source files. Plua can read source files in DOC format or from Memo Pad. DOC writers usually costs money, Memo Pad can only edit source files up to 4096 characters.
PluaED overcomes some of these limitations - PluaED is free and can edit source files up to 65534 characters (if your device supports it)

JAddress2CSV JAddress2CSV - A small framework written in java to list the internal AddressDB of the Palm. The output file is a CSV (comma Seperated values, ok here is a semicolon used). It is not the File used by the PalmDesktop; use Pilo-xfer or other tools to export the database from your palm to the platform you prefer. It runs with Java 1.1 or better
